O2 network I HATE You!

I wanted to cancel my pay monthly phone service, as the contract had just finished. But...

Stupid O2 always making it impossible to end your pay monthly phone plan!
Call center people were useless and said I'd have to go in store to prove I was actually me, after somehow I apparently gave the wrong answer to my security question "what's your birthday?" those fools!

Now I'm going to have to sort all this mess out by going to an O2 store on Saturday... yes, the day when I was planning to sleep in from a week of studying!

I hate O2 and all those who work for them. Thanks for ruining my weekend!
